Paid Media Lead
In your role, you will:
All paid media operations – from planning, to optimization, to reporting.
Interface with all media owners on behalf of TRIAD,
Have experience in all paid search channels, including PPC, search, display and paid social
Experienced in bid management, conducting keyword research & competitor analysis
Experienced in reporting, analysing and interpreting data for campaign performance and feeding back to key stakeholders with proposed actions
Maintain sufficient reports to communicate paid media performance with our clients and the team
Utilising bid management tools to help drive KPIs
Audit work and continued optimisation
Regular testing new strategies and relevant betas You will specifically look into the best ways we can plant and seed content to reach the audience we want to reach. You will constantly discover new formats, platforms, channels, and you will share your findings with the aim of testing, trialling, and implementing them into our projects.
Prepare analysis to help provide insights to the wider team / business
Your essentials
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
Good understanding of all media formats disciplines
Effective communicator, verbal and written with a professional presence and mature enough to not have an ego.
Experience working with e-marketplaces will be a plus.
General curiosity about life, with a broad interest to learn and acquire knowledge on related subjects
Desire to adapt to the changing marketing and technology landscape, and a passion for life in general

Move fluidly between content and design teams and use technology to achieve the best experience for audiences on or branded platforms
Be a driver of innovation and technical solutions to creative ideas. You will push and challenge the team to embrace and adopt the latest innovation and technology as you consider solutions to solve our client’s challenges
Your essentials
Expertise in a dynamic language (PHP, Ruby, Python).
Experience with an appropriate web framework (cakePHP, Zend, RoR, Django, ...)
The experience of working with Facebook apps & Open Graph
Experience with open-source CMS (e.g. Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, Django-CMS)
Experience with multiple APIs – inc. Twitter, Instagram, and Foursquare
Experience with mobile development (web and native)
Experience with IaaS (e.g. EC2), PaaS (e.g. AppEngine, EngineYard)
Experience with search products (Lucene, Solr, Elastic Search or equivalent)
Knowledge of non-relational data stores (NoSQL)
Participation in open-source projects
